Why do I get a "Card Not Found" error when trying to join Nottingham City Libraries online?
If you receive a message saying "Card Not Found" during online registration, it usually means our system has detected that you already have a library card. This often happens if you were previously a member of another library service, and your details are flagged as a duplicate in our system.
Option 1:

Option 2:
Visit your local Nottingham City Library in person. Please bring proof of ID and address so staff can assist you with registration.
