How do I reset my library card PIN / password?

If you've forgotten your PIN/or it isn't working then you can reset it online via the library catalogue, click on log in and then click on 'Forgot my PIN' in the popup box.
How to Reset Your PIN Code
- Click on "Sign In" in the top right corner of the library catalogue
- Then, click on "Forgot your PIN code?"
- An email will be sent to the address linked to your account. Check your email and follow the steps to create a new PIN code.
If you prefer, you can also go to your local library. Show your library card to a staff member, and they can help you reset your PIN.
